GUDMAR BUTTI – DESI JADI BUTI Gudmar was initially known as meshashringi in Sanskrit, which means “ram’s horn”. The plant can be described as a large, pubescent, woody climber.
Scientifically known as Pterocarpus marsupium, Vijaysar is a large deciduous tree indigenous to India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is also known by different names in different regions.
